Terms & Conditions - Sport Psychology for Sports Injury Rehab Professionals (SIRPs) Course

1. Intellectual Property & Use License
- All course materials, including videos, slides, handouts, and assessments, are protected by copyright and belong exclusively to FLOW Health & Performance.
- Students receive a non‐exclusive, personal-use license to view and download content for individual learning only. Redistribution, bulk usage, or sharing with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2. Access and Account Security
- Each enrollment is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Access is for the registered individual only and is not transferable.
- Students are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and must notify us of unauthorized use immediately.

3. Refund Policy
- A full refund is available within 14 days of enrollment, provided:
a.No more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
b.The request is made in writing via email to courses@feellimitless.ca
- After 14 days, all fees are non-refundable, and access remains granted for the full term.

4. No Guarantees Beyond Learning
- This course provides educational content only and does not guarantee specific client outcomes.
- Practitioners are responsible for applying the material within their professional scope; we do not assume liability for treatment decisions

5. Scope and Appropriate Use
- This course is designed for licensed health professionals (e.g., athletic therapists, physiotherapists,
chiropractors, etc.) supporting athletes.
- Practitioners must act within their legal and professional scope.
- For significant mental health concerns, referrals to qualified professionals are expected.

6. Prohibited Uses & Code of Conduct
Students must not:
- Share login credentials or content with non-enrolled individuals.
- Use course materials for unauthorized training or public redistribution.
- Post inappropriate or offensive content in any discussion forums.
- Violation of these terms may result in termination of access, without refund.

7. Platform Policies
- Course delivery is via ThriveCart Learn, subject to their Terms & Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to update materials, suspend access for maintenance, or make changes to policies.
- Students will be notified in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
- We are not liable for damages related to course content or application.
- Students agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their use or misuse of the material .

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada
- Any disputes will be addressed through binding arbitration in the event informal resolution fails.

10. Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing and accessing the course, students agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Nonacceptance means no access will be provided.
